Reuben Melville, HPE WW GreenLake, Channel Category Manager, Hewlett Packard Enterprise

Whilst many companies love the public cloud experience, sometimes it’s not the right solution for all their workloads. Maybe the cost is higher than expected, or they have industry regulations that make on-prem a better venue. Companies are therefore looking to their partners to help them provide a cloud-like experience on-prem so they can respond better to market demands, move faster, have capacity at the ready, and eliminate the procurement challenges they have traditionally been dealing with.

A major benefit of HPE GreenLake for channel partners is that they can now transform their own portfolio to offer specialized skills and services as-a-service, bundled with GreenLake. They are no longer dependent on a big upfront purchase with which to bundle their services – they can do it at a much lower price point that’s attractive to their customers in an “as-a-service” model.
