The most exciting thing at the moment is the opportunity to create something seamless for our customers, says Anthony Headlam. He's certain that the whole concept for transport is going to different in the future: "I don't imagine I'll need to actually buy a car - it will be much more seamlessly integrated into other transport options that I might take," he says.
