At Nokia Tech Day 2026, Era4 CCO Karl Harvard reveals how the UK firm generates its own energy through waste management across 44 sites, using its 50MW output – and sites with up to 100MW potential – to power mini NVIDIA AI datacentres rather than returning energy to the grid. He also details plans for community-focused brownfield redevelopments, the launch of the company’s first AI cluster in Q4, an upcoming equity round, and a partnership with Nokia to build a connected mesh for sharing inference workloads across UK locations.
