Milano, Italy and Ruggell, Liechtenstein: Fiber Telecom Italy S.p.A. (“Fiber Telecom”) and ConnectiviTree (Europe) AG (“ConnectiviTree”) today announced they have signed a long-term Cooperation Agreement. Under this agreement, Fiber Telecom joins ConnectiviTree’s global partner network program. With the global partner network and ConnectiviTree’s planned pan-European network, Fiber Telecom will offer global services to its over 115 service provider partners and their customers, and will support the extension of the ConnectiviTree fiber network footprint in Italy.

Fiber Telecom has committed to this Agreement to utilize ConnectiviTree’s planned network design. Key elements of the ConnectiviTree network design and software portal are superior network security; multiple, redundant data network and routing capabilities; in-house maintenance and assurance control; dedicated and unique fiber routes; software and technologies as well as their innovative business model called “trust-share-profit”.

The Agreement includes three elements: First, backbone services (into European cities) to be supplied by ConnectiviTree. Second, network service demand originating from Fiber Telecom’s customers on to the ConnectiviTree network in accordance with the initial joint projects that both parties intend to pursue. Third, the Agreement also includes procurement of dark fiber from Fiber Telecom for ConnectiviTree’s planned network expansion.
