Verizon secures agreement with Array Digital Infrastructure to enhance 5G network flexibility

NEW YORK and CHICAGO – Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE, Nasdaq: VZ) and Array Digital Infrastructure, Inc. (Array℠, NYSE: AD) today announced a new strategic partnership. The agreement will utilize Array’s national portfolio of towers to enhance Verizon's 5G network, directly supporting Verizon's goal of delivering a more robust and responsive experience for its customers.
Under the multi-year deal, Verizon has the ability to collocate on a significant number of new Array sites over the next several years. The agreement establishes a streamlined pricing structure on these new sites, providing greater cost efficiency and long-term stability.

"It provides us with the nimbleness and flexibility to manage our network portfolio efficiently. The streamlined agreement allows for greater cost efficiency and, most importantly, accelerates our ability to deploy advanced wireless technologies to Verizon customers across the nation."

Array maintains 4,400 towers in locations from coast to coast, enabling the deployment of 5G and other wireless technologies throughout the country.
