Karine tells Guy Daniels that Orange is not focused on technology, but has tried to concentrate on the services. She says it’s important to allow customers to ‘discover’ the technology without focussing on the tech nuts and bolts and Orange tries not to look at technology with a siloed perspective.
Convergence is its strategy in Europe for mobile and fixed home connectivity and when it comes to gaming Orange sees itself heading towards a converged end-game where the games offer a seamless experience across 5G beyond the home and across fibre when in the home.
