AT&T Ranks Highest in J.D. Power Wireless Purchase Experience Study Five Consecutive Times

DALLAS, Aug. 13, 2015 – According to the J.D. Power 2015 Wireless Purchase Experience Full-Service Performance StudySM Volume 2, released today, AT&T* outscored other full-service wireless providers for the overall ranking of “Highest Satisfaction with the Purchase Experience among Full Service Wireless Providers, Five Times in a Row.”**.

AT&T scored highest in four of the six categories evaluated: Store Sales Representative, Website, Offerings and Promotions, and Phone Sales Representative.

Over 12,700 U.S. wireless customers participated in the study and the fielding period ranged from January to June 2015.

This is the fifth consecutive time AT&T has earned the award. It is presented twice each year.
