Live Panel Discussion On Demand

Communications services and technology play critical roles in our personal and working lives. This is driving unprecedented demand for reliable, secure connectivity that can support a wide range of consumer and enterprise applications.

The combination of 5G connectivity and cloud-based services empowers communication service providers to unlock new monetisation opportunities, automation and agility by driving new digital experiences for customers.

In this programme, we discuss how becoming more customer-centric - and redefining business models to drive top-line growth - will help CSPs fight back and optimise growth. Among the questions raised by our audience were:

  • Can SaaS help 5G ultimately evolve into 6G?
  • What challenges will CSPs face as they start this SaaS journey?
  • How important is it to build far-edge sites and what is your time estimate for such deployments?
  • Is there any distinction in service between telecom SaaS for 5G SA and telecom SaaS for 5G NSA?
  • How can telecoms operators monetize 5G on a SaaS model?
  • Why do you think SaaS provides better TCO for longer-term projects?
