Steve Dyett, Head of Global Wi-Fi Solutions, BT Global Services

What is BT Global Services' approach to small cells and WiFi? In fact the UK carrier has longer experience than most with WiFi, a history that Steve thinks is a real assist when it comes to implementing carrier WiFi today. Interestingly, given that BT is one of the few dominant national telcos without a mobile arm, Steve regards WiFi as the heavy lifter with cellular providing the reach. And he thinks the mobile industry is moving towards a hetnet-style, "always best connected" proposition for customers. BT is clearly one to watch.
