Miguel sees an important part of the OPNFV’s role in the wider NFV community as providing a reference platform for the "telco cloud type solution". What is 'open'. That's a very big question, he tells Guy Daniels, but he's amazed at the progress that's been made by OPNFV so far. In the end, though, every company participating in NFV will apply its own stamp and have its own version.
