How to unsubscribe
If you are subscribed to TelecomTV's email newsletters and would like to stop receiving messages from us, you are always free to do so – please click the unsubscribe button which is included at the bottom of every marketing email we send. If you have registered an account with us on our website you can also unsubscribe by updating your profile. We'll be sorry to see you go and would welcome any feedback you may have to help us improve.
If you are having any trouble unsubscribing please forward a copy of the last message you received from us to [email protected], asking us to unsubscribe you and we will be happy to do this for you. If you think you may be subscribed under multiple email addresses please provide a complete list so that we can unsubscribe them all.
Important account emails
Please be aware that after unsubscribing you may still receive certain important messages from us relating to your account if you have registered one with us, for example when you change your password.
If you would like us to completely remove you from our database including your email newsletter subscription and website account, please send your details to [email protected].
