Andrew Collinson, Connective Insight (02:35):
What's next for Unthinkable is we are doing a workshop on AI voice. I describe it as a workshop. We call 'em a lab because they're not just like a workshop where you sit down and you chat. It's very interactive and we bring some very, very specific techniques to bear. And I think there are four key components. There's stakeholders, information, time, and the environment. So you need the right people around the table, stakeholders, and we try and get technology guys, telcos, investors and regulators around the table. This is nothing like being heard and hearing their view, so you're not getting some echo chamber view of what they really think. You get the real stuff. The second thing is information. So we try and get really smart people, the best experts, including ourselves. We're quite good at certain things, but not everything. We get the right people in the room time.
(03:28)
Nobody changes their mind like that. It takes a while to take on change and the ideas and that you need some time and you need the opportunity to discuss it. And you also need the environment. So we use a Chatham House environment in the in-person events we're on so that people can be free to say what they want. We're clearly sensitive to antitrust and the scary stuff like that. But you need those things together. And then what we're doing is we're bringing that out with telecom TV in the things that we can share of that through the channel, the unthinkable channel, and talking about that. So what's next for us in the sense of how are we working together? That's what we're doing.
