At DTW Ignite 2025 in Copenhagen, Ericsson’s Jason Keane discusses the collaboration between Ericsson and AWS that is aiming to transform OSS and BSS solutions for CSPs through the use of AI and automation technologies. The partnership uses AWS’s technological capabilities and Ericsson’s industry expertise to introduce intelligent automation and service orchestration, making it easier for CSPs to sell, deliver and get paid, with the ultimate view to improving service delivery and revenue generation for CSPs.
