Welcome to episode 7 of TelecomTV’s Top Ten Mobile Moments, where we are taking a retrospective look back at our twenty years of supporting MWC and its 3GSM predecessor.

They might not have invented the mobile phone, but they certainly ruled the roost when it came to mobile email. RIM was the Canadian company behind the BlackBerry - and the global CrackBerry phenomena. If you wanted access to your office email - and let’s face it, that was the only email most of us had - you simply had to have a BlackBerry. But by 2011 it all started to go horribly wrong for BlackBerry. The King is Dead. But Long Live the King, because the demise off the BlackBerry coincided with the rise of Android… and we made a special visit to the magical Androidland.
