Clarence Reynolds, TelecomTV (00:07):
I'm Clarence Reynolds and we are at MWC 2026. In a market flooded with generic AI platform claims, the real differentiator is whether intelligence can actually span planning, testing, assurance, and customer experience in a single coherent system. Rick Hamilton is CEO of Infovista, and he joins us to explain how a unified AI-powered architecture changes the way operators run their networks and serve their customers. Rick, thank you for being with us today.

Rick Hamilton, Infovista (00:48):
In January, we talked about our agentic platform called VistaAI. VistaAI is a set of tools, capabilities, and agents that power everything that we do in our organisation. Today here at the show, we announced VistaOne, which is a platform that does precisely what you just described in the opening. We have 30 years of history around planning networks, testing networks, operating them from an assurance standpoint, and working in the enterprise space around customer experience and contact centres. Our launch today is about a capability that now brings all of those tools together, powered by VistaAI.

Clarence Reynolds, TelecomTV (01:25):
One of the interesting things that everybody is talking about is AI agents and agentic-powered solutions. How does VistaAI add agents to the whole landscape?

Rick Hamilton, Infovista (01:39):
It goes back in our history. Infovista has been around for 30 years. Our sole focus has been on making clarity out of complexity, understanding the complexity that exists within infrastructures and turning that into actionable insight. Our agentic framework is built around all of that knowledge. What have we learned over 30 years? What do we do best? What can we bring to the industry? So this agentic framework is significant. It is all you are going to hear about at the show. We have a very specific capability that we provide and we are bringing it to light today here at the show.

Clarence Reynolds, TelecomTV (02:14):
Some of that data comes from customer experience as well as intelligence. How does VistaAI put all that together?

Rick Hamilton, Infovista (02:22):
VistaAI works in three ways. One is really around quick access to information. You do not have to understand the domain you are necessarily working in to withdraw that information from our environment. The second is how you react when something is not going the way you want it to go. How do you make decisions faster? The third is how you can use that information to better monetise the services that you are putting in the market. That is what we focus on.

Clarence Reynolds, TelecomTV (02:48):
A lot of the vendors here at MWC are talking about AI. You have been sceptical in the past, I have watched your videos, about the AI hype. How does VistaOne step over that hype?

Rick Hamilton, Infovista (03:02):
For us, it is what we call a pragmatic approach. We think the biggest moat—you have heard the term moat—in this whole AI transformation is data. There is a world where everybody has access to an infinite amount of data. The question is, can you make it trustworthy? Can you make it contextual? Can you make it useful? That is where we are focusing all of our energy. We are not trying to solve the world's AI problem. Other people are going to do that. But when it comes to extracting information from your infrastructure, we have been doing that for 30 years. We are quite good at it, and we are going to focus right there to differentiate ourselves.

Clarence Reynolds, TelecomTV (03:35):
What is the VistaOne roadmap? Are people going to be able to see that at the booth here?

Rick Hamilton, Infovista (03:40):
If they come to the booth, they can see demonstrations of what we have in production today, examples of use cases that we have with customers today, and examples of partnerships that we have created in the industry to bring together others' capabilities with ours to do better things for our customers. There is a lot to see here, and I would encourage people to come and take a look.

Clarence Reynolds, TelecomTV (03:58):
This is a perfect time for an announcement. We are glad to have you do it here on TelecomTV today.

Rick Hamilton, Infovista (04:02):
We enjoy doing it here with you.

Clarence Reynolds, TelecomTV (04:04):
Thank you so much for your insights and for the announcement.

Rick Hamilton, Infovista (04:06):
Thank you.

Clarence Reynolds, TelecomTV (04:07):
Thank you. Appreciate it.
