The key to any acceleration in the development and deployment of future carrier-grade Open RAN systems will be the level of trust that network operators have not only in the capabilities of the technology but in the verification, integration and certification processes that support the emerging sector. That's the view of Carsten Rossenhövel, managing director and co-founder of EANTC, the Berlin-based European Advanced Networking Test Center, who has years of experience in the telecom technology test industry.
