Sky NZ completes purchase of Spark’s Lightbox OTT

  • Sky buys Lightbox from Spark for undisclosed fee
  • Lightbox to be merged with Sky’s own OTT service Neon
  • Spark customers will continue to have access to Lightbox as part of agreement

Spark has completed the sale of its Lightbox streaming service to Sky New Zealand for an undisclosed fee.
