IT consulting and outsourcing firm Technoprom to produce networking equipment

SAN JOSE, Calif.—July 19, 2016— Brocade (NASDAQ: BRCD) today announced a new partnership with Russian IT company Technoprom, which will enable Brocade to expand its offerings in Russia through an OEM agreement focused on IP networking products. The deal will see Technoprom become Brocade’s first IP product OEM partner in the country.

Technoprom provides high-quality IT services to federal government agencies and state-owned companies, the financial and telecommunications sectors, as well as other sectors. Technoprom’s portfolio includes a wide range of large-scale projects in the development of federal government information systems, and in the rapid supply and deployment of software and hardware systems.

Under the OEM agreement, Technoprom will initially release three main products centered on Brocade switches and IP routers aimed at organizations that require scalability, interoperability and standards compliance, and reliable and robust data transmission networks.
