Last week, KPN reached 1 million fixed-mobile households in The Netherlands. Fixed-mobile customers are showing increased loyalty, evidenced by an annualized gross churn level of approximately 5%.
KPN is the leading converged operator in the Dutch market and will continue its strategic focus to deliver leading services centered around households and the ongoing convergence of fixed and mobile services.
