América Móvil informs about a notice received from the Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones

Mexico City, September 1, 2016. América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V. ("AMX") [BMV:AMX] [NYSE: AMX] [NASDAQ: AMOV] [LATIBEX: XAMXL], informs that it has received a notice from the Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (“IFT”), regarding the initiation of an evaluation proceeding of the impact of the asymmetric regulatory measures imposed by the IFT in March 2014, and its possible revision.

Given that the aforesaid is an ongoing administrative proceeding, AMX will not provide further information until it is concluded.

AMX has been informed that its operating subsidiary Radiomóvil Dipsa, S.A. de C.V., received a notice in substantially the same terms.
