Hai Thoo Cheong, vice president of mobile networks at Singtel, discusses how the operator uses 5G standalone network slicing to create differentiated connectivity tiers. Singtel’s 5G Plus plans offer three performance levels, with the top-tier Priority service delivering four times faster speeds, enhanced cybersecurity and premium customer care. The approach extends from enterprise applications, including defence and port operations to consumer services at large-scale events.
