Sevasti Wong defines and delineates the concept of "Workforce Strategy" and explains why it is so important that telcos should escalate their own workforce strategies as soon as possible. Ms. Wong believes that currently there is a huge opportunity for telcos and CSPs to leverage disruptive technologies such as AI and advanced analytics to drive new growth, but first they will have to master what it calls "applied intelligence" - the rapid implementation of intelligent technologies and humans working together in new ways. She says, “It is critical for business leaders to align their workforces to new business models and invest in innovative re-skilling programs to help their people create new value.” There's a bottom-line advantage was well.
