- Eight-week AI-accelerated deployment and cloud-native architecture cut operational costs by half
Austin, Texas – Totogi has signed a strategic agreement with a major European service provider publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange to deploy its cloud-native BSS platform as part of a modern architecture foundation. This marks Totogi’s first customer in Europe and demonstrates how AI-native delivery compresses deployment timelines from months to weeks.
Totogi will deliver the solution on an 8-week timeline using BSS Magic, its AI-accelerated approach that automates configuration and testing. BSS Magic’s three-layer architecture—vendor-agnostic data connectivity, a telco-specific ontology, and AI-assisted configuration and validation—expresses billing and business rules in a machine-readable form. This enables new pricing changes to be introduced in days instead of months, supports rapid adjustment of rule sets, and automates up to 80 percent of configuration and regression testing with precision. Delivered as a cloud-native, multi-tenant service, the program reduces operational costs by up to 50 percent compared to legacy platforms.
Totogi has also applied BSS Magic to accelerate other large-scale delivery projects globally. In a recent North American deployment, the platform reduced an eight-month implementation timeline to 2 weeks by automating interface mapping, configuration, and validation—demonstrating the repeatability of Totogi’s AI-native delivery methods now being applied in Europe.
“Enterprises are rejecting multi-year BSS projects,” said Danielle Rios, CEO of Totogi. “With AI-native methods, we deliver production-ready systems in weeks, not years—with no transformation risk. BSS Magic gives our teams the semantic understanding and automation needed to build fast, iterate safely, and deliver at a level legacy vendors simply cannot match.”
