Myriota strengthens global IoT network with successful launch of eight satellites

Myriota, a global leader in secure, low-power satellite IoT connectivity, today announced the successful launch of eight satellites supporting its space-based UltraLite^TM IoT network. Through Myriota’s partnership with Spire Global, the satellites were launched aboard SpaceX’s Twilight mission from Vandenberg Space Force Base.

The launch delivers a major uplift in performance, capacity, and resilience across Myriota’s UltraLite™ Network, improving message delivery speed and reliability for customers operating in over 57 countries worldwide.

In a continuation of its mission to deliver the most resilient satellite network infrastructure available, this launch sees Myriota further expand its IoT network with Spire. The satellites are optimised to host and operate Myriota’s technology on orbit. This approach has enabled Myriota to achieve rapid, cost-effective expansion while maintaining the security, efficiency, and reliability required for large-scale IoT deployments.
