Bali, Indonesia – At the BATIC 2025 event, CMC Telecom officially signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Telin, the international telecommunications arm of Telkom Indonesia – the country’s largest telecommunications infrastructure provider.

In March 2025, Vietnam and Indonesia celebrate the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations, elevating their ties to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. The cooperation agreement between CMC Telecom and Telin serves as a concrete testament to this milestone, aligning with the two governments’ vision in technology, telecommunications, and digital transformation.

Under the agreement, the two companies will deepen bilateral cooperation to better serve enterprises across multiple industries. Specifically, CMC Telecom will support Vietnamese businesses investing and expanding in Indonesia by leveraging world-class international telecommunications infrastructure and services. Conversely, Telin will enable Indonesian enterprises to access and scale within Vietnam – one of the region’s fastest-growing digital economies.

This partnership paves the way for a seamless border connectivity ecosystem, ensuring businesses enjoy secure, high-quality, and cost-optimized services. By integrating the unique strengths of both parties – CMC Telecom as Vietnam’s leading digital infrastructure provider and Telin as Indonesia’s foremost telecommunications enterprise – the collaboration will extend secure, high-quality connectivity corridors from Vietnam and Indonesia to the broader Asia-Pacific region.
