Thanks to Cisco SparkTM with AT&T*, once disparate collaboration tools are now combined in one application, providing a continuous work stream across multiple devices - anywhere, anytime. The solutions is the next evolutionary step for businesses looking to improve collaboration and boost productivity.

Cisco Spark with AT&T, an app-centric, cloud-based service, is powered by the AT&T global network, which makes communication more secure and reliable with better performance. Businesses struggling with disjointed tools and poor voice quality can move away from challenging infrastructures and enjoy an effortless, unified experience.

“We’re focused on bringing people together to create, communicate and engage seamlessly – and Cisco Spark with AT&T does exactly that,” said Roman Pacewicz, chief product officer, AT&T Business. “And when evaluating their digital transformation strategy, or reviewing their current collaboration tools, businesses will find this solution extends the value of their current tools.”

Enterprises can expand and simplify their infrastructure with improved reliability, predictable performance, security and end-to-end support. Teams can also store documents in one place to more easily reference before, during and after meetings.

Employees can start with instant messaging and transition to a phone call, audio conference or face-to-face video meeting in just one click. Whether colleagues are in the office, at home or on the go, they have easy access to each other.

"Cisco is putting our leading providers at the center of our cloud strategy,” said Rowan Trollope, SVP and GM, Applications Group, Cisco. “As we bring Cisco Spark and other SaaS solutions to market, we will team with our global service providers to jointly develop, sell and market. This unique SaaS model is not about service providers simply reselling Cisco Spark, but about joint innovation and shared business outcomes."

The solution brings together Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solutions for AT&T for cloud-based voice calling, AT&T Conferencing with Cisco WebEx, and Spark Messaging for chat conversations and file sharing from any device. It also integrates with third-party applications. But, operations are simplified since AT&T provides comprehensive support.

Companies across the globe can also:

  • Enjoy a highly secure end-to-end connection with AT&T NetBond® for Cloud and encryption.
  • Prioritize mission-critical voice and data traffic with AT&T Dynamic Traffic Management.
  • Keep calls on the AT&T network to reduce costs without reducing call quality with AT&T IP Flexible Reach.

AT&T and Cisco have successfully collaborated for more than 30 years, giving AT&T more experience than any other provider in delivering managed solutions based on Cisco technology.
