A recent report that looked at the business opportunity for the telecoms industry of addressing the one billion people with disabilities identified a market worth $4 trillion of economic spending power. So there’s real commercial advantages for operators and vendors - and yet we’re still having to lobby for change. What’s holding everyone back?
