Scott Belcher, CEO, TIA
Nobody disagrees with the concept of net neutrality, Scott tells Martyn Warwick, it's just the way it's going to be imposed that rankles. The supplier community, which the TIA represents, is concerned that the FCC's current position - imposing Title II regulation - will result in three or more years of uncertainty. And uncertainty means less capital spending.
"Title II is a Trojan Horse," he says. "We have the best internet in the world.... it's not broken and it doesn't need fixing."
