KPN wants to be the undisputed quality provider with the best services, customer service and networks and aims to serve all customer groups in the various segments with the KPN brand, from beneficial services to premium services. Therefore KPN will focus entirely on the KPN brand with combined services for Dutch households and companies.
To implement this strategy, in 2019 and 2020 KPN will expand its brand with the strongest features of the Telfort, Telfort Business, XS4ALL and Yes Telecom brands. Nothing will change for the customers of these brands. At a later stage, KPN wants to continue these brands’ services under the banner of the KPN brand.
“With the focus on the KPN brand, we are going to expand KPN’s service with the best elements of the individual brands, for example with the highest valued service of XS4ALL, the affordable beneficial services of Telfort and the personal service and expert business advice of Yes Telecom”, says Jean-Pascal van Overbeke, Head of Consumer Market at KPN. This will enable us to offer consumers and businesses an even better user experience with leading-edge combinations of fixed and mobile services. For example, in April, we are going to start offering extra benefits to customers who combine Telfort with KPN products.”
