Upgraded Revenue Management Platform Enables Real-Time Capabilities for Converged Billing Operations

WALTHAM, MA — JUNE 2, 2015 — NetCracker Technology announced today that VIVACOM, a leading quad-play communications service provider in Bulgaria, has gone live with an upgrade to the NetCracker Revenue Management solution. The NetCracker platform enables convergence of VIVACOM’s rating, billing and charging operations across all lines of business.

VIVACOM is the largest communications service provider in Bulgaria, providing fixed-line, mobile, broadband and pay-TV services.

The upgraded NetCracker Revenue Management solution will enable VIVACOM to accelerate time-to-market for new services by utilizing a comprehensive solution that consolidates all transaction operations through a single, convergent, real-time platform. This upgrade will also help VIVACOM build its transaction management infrastructure with minimum disruption to ongoing operations.

As part of the upgrade, NetCracker provided a range of professional services and was responsible for upgrading its solution as well as all third-party customizations. NetCracker also provided impact analysis and upgraded VIVACOM’s custom code.
