VimpelCom to release 2Q15 results and provide strategic business update from CEO, Jean-Yves Charlier, on 6 August 2015

Amsterdam (July 23, 2015), “VimpelCom Ltd.” (“VimpelCom”, “Company” or “Group”) (NASDAQ:VIP), a leading global provider of telecommunications services operating in 14 countries and headquartered in Amsterdam, today announces that it plans, in line with the Company’s Financial Calendar 2015, to publish its operating and financial results for the second quarter and first half year of 2015 and a strategic update, on August 6, 2015, at 7:00 am CET (6:00 am GMT). VimpelCom will also host a live A&I presentation in London at 14:00 CET (13:00 GMT) on the same day.

For those analysts and investors who are unable to attend the live presentation, VimpelCom will host a simultaneous conference call and a video webcast.
