ST. LOUIS - Feb. 2, 2016 - Amdocs (NASDAQ: DOX), the leading provider of customer experience solutions, today announced that TELUS, one of Canada’s leading quad-play service providers, is now live in production with an upgraded Amdocs billing and charging solution, resulting in optimized business processes and reduced operational expenses.
By upgrading to the latest version of Amdocs’ billing and charging solution, TELUS has been able to streamline the billing process with faster billing cycles – enabling an improved customer experience by providing more accurate and timely bills that will result in fewer customer queries.
