Orange announces the appointment of Fabienne Dulac as Senior Executive Vice-President of Orange France

Orange Chairman and CEO Stéphane Richard has decided to appoint Fabienne Dulac as Senior Executive Vice-President of Orange France with effect from 22 August 2015. As such, she will join the Group’s Executive Committee.

She will bring to the job her human and managerial skills, her expertise, her extensive knowledge of the situation in the field and her dynamic approach. This appointment is indicative of the wealth of talents within the Group, " said Stéphane Richard.
Fabienne Dulac , 48 years old, holds a Diplôme d'Etudes Approfondies (post-Master's qualification) in Political Sociology from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, a Master's in History and a Bachelor's equivalent in Modern Literature. After having begun a doctoral thesis, Fabienne Dulac began her career in the Ministère de l'Intérieur, the French Home Office. She joined the business world in 1993 as marketing and communications manager for VTCOM, a multimedia services developer, at the time when the internet was emerging and creating a new business sector.
Fabienne Dulac joined France Télécom in 1997 within the newly established Multimedia Division. Her responsibilities as external communications manager extended across all the Group's multimedia activities, within companies such as Wanadoo, Voila and Mappy. For ten years, she held different roles in marketing, business development and customer relations, supporting the transformation of the market and the company as well as the development of new sales regions and the customer experience, at the heart of the operator's strategy.
In 2008 she became Online Sales and Customer Relations Director at Orange France; she was instrumental in bringing innovation to the division, while driving the company's digital transformation within sales and customer relations.
In 2011, Fabienne took the helm at Orange’s Northern France Division and managed an operational entity of more than 5,500 employees. In September 2013 she was appointed Director of Communications for Orange France.
Orange France is one of the main entities of the Orange Group with a turnover of more than 19 billion euros in 2014 and more than 77,000 employees as at 31 March 2015. Orange France is present across the entire country through 11 Orange Divisions and served more than 37 million customers as at 31 March 2015, including 27 million mobile customers and more than 10 million fixed broadband customers.
