The innovative new service is the first of its kind in Oman in the telco market and elevates the company’s digital solutions and puts its full portfolio of business-oriented products one click away.

Sultan bin Ahmed Al Wahaibi, Chief of Business and Wholesale Officer at Ooredoo,

“As the Sultanate’s digital partner of choice, we are always eager to provide our customers with digital access to our services. Ooredoo’s business oriented products have redefined the operating models of organisations; by providing the tools that are required to excel in today’s fast-paced world”. He added: “Our Business App was designed to offer our customers seamless digital solutions to manage their telecoms accounts from their handsets, so that they can make the right business decisions and stay ahead in today’s competitive marketplace”.

The business app is designed to facilitate access at an individual level which all employees of the company can view their own accounts, pay personal bills, top-up credit, add roaming services and manage loyalty points and redeem them. A second version of the app is due to be released soon with more advanced features, which will grant a company’s telecoms-admin access to a vast range of options such as management of base plans, bundles and add-ons, approving telecoms requests sent by employees and the ability to bar/unbar telecom lines as well as the management of the company’s Nojoom loyalty points and redemptions, to name but a few. The current version of this complimentary app can be downloaded via Ooredoo.om/BizApp.
