SANTA CLARA, Calif., Sept. 11, 2015 - Intel Corporation's board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 24 cents per share (96 cents per share on an annual basis) on the company's common stock. The dividend will be payable on December 1, 2015, to stockholders of record on November 7, 2015.
