Today the Telekom Austria Group (VSE: TKA, OTC US: TKAGY) announces that at yesterday's Supervisory Board meeting, the contract of Siegfried Mayrhofer as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Telekom Austria Group was extended for a further 5 years.

Siegfried Mayrhofer was initially appointed as of 1 June 2014 for a one-year term. The new period begins on 1 June 2015 and ends on 31 May 2020. Equal to all management contracts, this contract has a three-year term with the option to be extended by another two years.
