Under the MoU, Etisalat will enable the government entity achieve collaborative governance by providing best-in-class smart services for citizens, businesses and government departments.
Etisalat signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Umm Al Quwain e-Government Department to enhance the government entity's operational efficiencies through implementation of advanced telecommunications and ICT services.
Under the MoU, Etisalat will enable the government entity achieve collaborative governance by providing best-in-class smart services for citizens, businesses and government departments. The agreement was signed by His Excellency Engineer Khaled Al Shamsi, Director General - UAQ e-Government and Abdul Aziz Taryam, CEO Advisor and General Manager - Northern Emirates, Etisalat at the telco's stands on the sidelines of GITEX Technology Week 2015.
The MOU will enable Umm Al Quwain e-Government achieve their targets by leveraging on Etisalat's dedicated ICT teams and a wide range of professional and smart services. It will enable both parties to develop the business engagement model and enhance jointly their current and future business and technical requirements in a long -term partnership plan.
