Crnogorski Telekom Deploys Amdocs Software for Pre- and Post-Paid Customer Management, Ordering and Billing

Amdocs business support system solution gives Crnogorski Telekom, a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, a single view of all customer data, services and interactions, helping to improve customer experience

LOUIS - Feb. 2, 2016 - Amdocs (NASDAQ: DOX), the leading provider of customer experience solutions, today announced that Crnogorski Telekom a.d. has deployed an Amdocs business support system (BSS) solution to consolidate systems across fixed, wireless, Internet and IPTV lines of business, and manage convergent charging for both prepaid and postpaid billing, enabling improved operational costs, efficiency and customer service.

The solution includes multiple products from the Amdocs CES 9 portfolio spanning convergent charging, billing, resource management, ordering, customer management and a centralized master product catalog to provide Crnogorski Telekom with a single view of the customer and access to customer service and interaction information in real time. The migration from legacy technology to Amdocs software was completed in just 48 hours from initiation.
