Coriant joins Facebook and other industry leaders to drive disruptive innovation in telecom infrastructure
Coriant Brings Cutting-Edge Optical & IP Networking Experience and Expertise to Engineering-Focused Telecom Infra Project (TIP)
NAPERVILLE, Illinois, 24 May 2016 – Coriant, a global supplier of SDN-enabled end-to-end packet optical networking solutions, today announced it has joined the Telecom Infra Project (TIP) to help accelerate the pace of innovation in telecommunications infrastructure. Founded by Facebook, Intel, and Deutsche Telekom, among others, TIP is an engineering-focused initiative driven by operators, infrastructure providers, systems integrators, and other technology companies that aim to reimagine the traditional approach to building and deploying telecom network infrastructure.
