Accenture completes acquisition of security company Arismore, expanding identity and access management capabilities across Europe
PARIS, FRANCE; Apr. 3, 2017 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has completed its acquisition of Arismore, a privately held company in France that specializes in providing security services, including identity and access management (IAM), as well as enterprise architecture, change management and related training services. The acquisition, first announced on December 19, 2016, brings to Accenture complementary security solutions and services, a strong client base and a talented team of 270 highly skilled security and enterprise architecture professionals.
