NEC/Netcracker's Vasile Radoaca, explains how the company's recently launched Agile Virtualisation Platform and Practice (AVP) speeds up the process of becoming a digital service provider by offering the technology, training and support to identify, build and launch new revenue-generating services. In addition it manages and integrates both existing and virtualised network operations and creates an agile development environment to support both IT and network requirements as well as better align corporate stakeholders by implementing new processes and training talent in emerging software and agile methodologies.
