responds to European Commission VoIP Consultation
On 15 June, the European Commission published a
30-page Consultation Paper on ‘the regulatory
treatment of Voice over IP under the EU regulatory
framework’ . ECTA broadly welcomes the approach

Regulators’ Group) to review national appeal
procedures in order to identify best practice. Consequently,
an IRG working group is now preparing a comparative
report on national appeal procedures related to
