Mike Crimp, Chief Operating Officer of the IBC, says that, despite the global economic meltdown, the broadcast technology sector - a US $25 billion industry - is still doing pretty well. This confidence is reflected at this year's show. Whilst the focus is on cost efficiencies and return on investment, all the hall's at the Amsterdan RAI are full once again and expectations are that IBC 2009 will be an excellent event.
