Apple upgrades the iPhone but users fume at pricing policy

As expected Apple used its Worldwide Developer's Conference to introduced a new iPhone this week - the same as the old iPhone but better. But developing a contract and pricing policy for the iPhone as it evolves seems to be a customer relations headache for O2 reports Ian Scales.
