Ari Banerjee, Senior Director of Strategy, NetCracker

How do you manage, price and settle the complex services operators are planning to build with NFV and SDN? Ari says NetCracker is building a realtime transaction management system with billing functions integrated to enable things like billing for Virtual Network Functions (VNFs), recognising that not all VNFs will be provided by the service providers themselves: customers and third parties will be installing them too and they'll need to be rated and billed.
