Has the the notion of the "Telco Cloud" become so fuzzy around the edges that it has come to mean many different things to many different people. So, is it about convergence of services in a hyperscale environment or a distributed cloud where operators can deploy services as close to the customer as possible or is it a hybrid model of both - and more? And, how will operators be able to use the telco cloud, SDN and NFV to be ready for 5G?
