Guy Daniels asks Chris how the industry can avoid NFV fragmentation. The answer, for Red Hat, is to make sure all the work is applied ‘upstream’ within open source projects rather than use some open source code as a baseline and then tweak and fork it so it’s essentially a commercial proprietary version of an open source project. To do the latter, he implies, is how you fragment the market.
