Susan James, Head of Product Line NFVi, Ericsson

Ericsson  recently announced a highly significant broadening of its relationship with Red Hat, arguably the most prominent promoter of OpenStack for the telco environment. The move will see Ericsson expand its current telco NFV offering to include ‘Red Hat OpenStack Platform’ - a move, Susan  explains, that's all about giving Ericsson’s mobile telco customers choice over their SDNFV journey. Susan explains how the Ericsson partner strategy now covers OpenStack, OpenDaylight, Open vSwitch and OPNFV. “It’s really a collaboration on many fronts,” she tells Martyn Warwick.
