The Dandy Lab, a start-up retail/online company is sited in Spitalfields in east London where intensely fashion-conscious and trendy hipsters with plenty of discretionary disposable income work and live. The company has its finger on the pulse of 'what's happening, man?' and is using the Internet of Retail to try to together the in-store experience with the latest e-commerce technology. The Dandy Lab is, by trial and error and through detailed and comprehensive consumer data insight, determining what works in an Internet of Retail environment and what doesn't. This approach is an integral to its ongoing efforts to continually improve its business strategy and learn exactly what drives consumer demand and behaviour.
