Most passengers come with luggage and IoT enables us to follow that luggage and track it, says Jan Willem.That’s important since passengers like to know that their luggage is on the same aircraft that they are. Small steps like that might make a big difference in the end. But the biggest IoT development will be in the cabin -  probably with first and business classes to start with - helping airlines to improve their processes.
